BABIES - FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS

eXpress Feelings....Emotions..affection.. love, hate, like, care, friendship, fear, Anxiety, anger, control, sadness, depression, inadequacy, confusion, hurt, lonely, guilt, shame, joy, happiness, trust, compassion, truth, contentment, and satisfaction and and many more what ever we feel or emot-ions.

BABIES - FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS

All the Babies can feel distress, interest, disgust, and happiness from birth, and can communicate these through facial expressions and bodily posture.

Infants begin showing a spontaneous "convivial smile" around age 8 to 12 weeks and begin to laugh instinctively around age 16 weeks from their birth.

As you look at your new baby, you probably wonder what he or she is thinking or feeling at that moment.

Does crying mean he's sad? Is a smile a true indication that she's happy? While it's tempting to ascribe grown-up feelings and motivations to even very young babies, there are huge differences between adult and baby emotions simply because emotions are tied to cognitive and physical development.

Since babies haven't yet gained the experience that adults have, they are unable to experience emotions in quite the same way.

How do you know your baby loves you back? Above are a few sweet, surprising ways she/he shows it, starting with those first few weeks all the way through the toddler years.

Why Divorce??

Life runs on eXpress of Feelings....Emotions..affection.. love, hate, like, care, friendship, fear, Anxiety, anger, control, sadness, depression, inadequacy, confusion, hurt, lonely, guilt, shame, joy, happiness, trust, compassion, truth, contentment, and satisfaction and and many more what ever we feel or emot-ions.

Why Divorce? Nowadays more of this divorce cases legal-illegal Affairs both genders.

If you Google it you may find the meaning of divorce as this “the legal dissolution of a marriage by a court or other competent body.”

But why the divorce cases are in worse in number these days, what is more worrying about is, the increasing number of divorce cases in Hyderabad specially among young couples is more.

From a report it is said that "I first went there three months after my wedding," he says. "My wife, whom I had met through a matrimonial website, was continuing a preexisting affair with a married man. The counselor tried very hard to convince us to give it another shot. But she was still in love with that man, and I was too betrayed to even think about it. We just sat there in silence for 45 minutes. Then we left and started the paperwork."
If you believe or not, around 1,500+ divorce application are being filed every month in various family courts of Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy districts of telangana...
In a survey of this the Telangana state said, “The number of divorce applications went up by 60 per cent in just one year.”

11.667 CASES of divorce were filed in Mumbai in 2014 (till November 30), up from 5,245 cases in 2010.

8,347 DIVORCE CASES were filed in Kolkata in 2014 (till November 30), a 350% increase from the 2,388 divorce cases filed in 2003.

ABOUT 2.000 DIVORCE CASES were filed in the Lucknow family court in 2014.Of these, about 900 were filed by young couples married less than a year. In 2009, the number of cases filed by young couples married less than a year was 300.

3 MORE FAMILY COURTS were opened in Bangalore in 2013, to cater to the growing demand, taking the total number of such courts to six.

The more cases are recorded in the courts from the corporate industry employees like software engineers but not from the economically background people and small scale industry people. It is observed that higher percentage in the couples where both the partners are working professionals and have different working hours are getting divorced sooner they get marry and that soon they will apply for divorce.

The reasons could be less personal space between them and the work pressure and also the modern life style they have acquainted from the western countries. It could be pub culture...drug culture and “Saha Jeeven” so called Dating etc... Etc...Etc It is not only the case with Hyderabad mahanagara and also with all the metropolitan cities of India.
This is also observed that the surrounding areas of such metropolitan city areas/districts as well affected by these cultures they adopted from the so called westerners.

Also there are so many other factors which are leading to unfortunate acts like suicides of divorcees, hanging, fire on hair/body burned cases and mentally effected people and some also lose their jobs because of spending more time on attending court cases to get solved soon. All other troubles including financial and social relationship issues begin once the divorce application is filed and started to move around and round courts.

One of the best medicines for this is making the couple to attend for counseling in right time is the only solution for this problem. But unfortunately our metropolitan cities lack in professional counselors to handle such sensitive situations.

Once we think of our elders from our forefather “a member of the past generations of one's family or people; an ancestor” generations. There is a pattern of life that they follow only husband works in the family and wife gives love to his and to the children by end of the day they reach their houses. There is no concept of divorce whatever happens to the woman or man they have to stick to each other till the last breath on this world.

We should also consider the generation-venerations (changes) with the cost of living has increased from the day to day life, if we are studied well and have to do any job the literate family has to travel to the cities and cost of living is high as compared to villages and it is that we cannot live here in city without two (couple) working on daily basis to bare the expenses of the daily life.

Here are the best policies/practices to be maintained/followed by us to save our beloved from the luxuries (unnecessary acts) that we don’t need:
1.     We should choose our choices best and better before marriage thinking of the best suited guy/girl for you by following your culture and customs.
2.     Once chosen fix it to one relation with him/her, do not think of an Affair with others, even at home or office. Just maintain health hey-bye relationships with other genders...Except to an extent to complete the work in the office given or exchanging of goods at home with neighbours.
3.     Plan-out your future with the earning that you gain from the assets (job, other earning like rent from own houses in villages etc...Whatever) you have.
4.     HERE ARE THE BEST PRACTISES TO IMPLEMENT
i)                   Never depend on one income make a source for second income in free times like part times at home as you are literate you can try out home based part time jobs ..Data Entry or earn by Blogging along with your better and best half of your life.
ii)                Plan to buy minimum and the things you require to you at home or for office. If you buy unnecessary things you have to sell necessary things that you have to cope up with the cost of living.
iii)              It is important to save the money not after spending unnecessarily, but spend the remaining money after you save whatever the way possible for best gains in future.
iv)              Never invest all the remaining amounts of your wealth in anything that is risky but plan to invest less like if you have $100...invest $35 wait for the result and invest another $15 that’s it. Save the remaining we cannot guess what will happen next second as we are not predictors or gods-of-future. If you plant something now for your children then there is place for them to sit under it after words.
v)                 One simple thing is Honesty is very expensive these days do not expect it from cheap people/world.
vi)              First and most important thing for husband/wife to remember is that do not buy a smart phone (no other gadget) for children these days. Make them use your phone for any purposes so, that you will know each and everything they do in daily basis for better parenting.
5.     Husband/Wife, you be lovable to each other and understand each other without any disputes in minds. Talks to each other every second you get do not hurt each other for any silly things. Do not remember the things that are unnecessary and which will lead to breakup. You both are two wheels of the bike that your son/daughter rides in future.
At Last one thing is, chose the better half, give life to that better half and till end take care as you promise in your marriage ceremony that you take care of her in every situations of life and be happy. In such cases no matter of Divorce...no suicides...No faultus…..ENJOY.
Divorce is a toll on emotions. Neither men nor women are happy, rather they both are on edge and are not at all rational. Especially men in India, who do not like to express feelings, are more troubled by divorce than they think. And that is why men getting divorced should open up to all emotional issues rather than curbing them to better deal with divorce.

Infatuation...or ... Love ..confused!!!!!!!!!! how to crack it?

LOVE OR INFATUATION

Ø  Infatuation happens even when you have not interacted with the person
Ø  Once the spark wears off, the feeling of infatuation may not be intense
Ø  You experience mood swings depending on how the person you are infatuation with responds to you
Ø  Infatuation can occur several times in a lifetime
Ø  Infatuation has an element of sexual excitement
Ø  Infatuation creates a passionate desire to be with him/her
Ø  Infatuation does not ALWAYS turn into lovely emotional feeling called "LOVE"

Ø  Infatuation can distract you from your studies or work
 Ø  Infatuation can turn obsessive
Ø  Infatuation can lead you to do things that you may regret
Ø  Since there is no commitment in Infatuation, there could be insecurity in the relationship

A MATTER OF CHOICE

A MATTER OF A CHOICE (good or bad)
People think that peer pressure is found only among adolescents. That is not true. During childhood, a child sees his friend possess a toy and tries to get himself a similar toy.

As an adolescent, his friend encourages him to smoke. If he doesn't, he is termed a "sissy". To be one among them, he begins to smoke too. In adulthood, a person likes to be with the crowd and buys the things which his/her neighbors have.

Peer pressure is mainly a problem of choice. We make the wrong choices and succumb to peer pressure. We always have a choice to choose between what is right and what is wrong. For example, if we see our friends talking about bad things we know that what they are talking about is not right, but we do not have the courage to stand up to them and prevent them from doing so.

We make the wrong choices and follow the crowd. And when we get into trouble, we conveniently give it the name of "peer pressure". The only solution to this problem is to look to God for help and build a strong character, so that we make the right choices. Friends are lost and gained. God will not let the person down who does his will.

PORN BANNED IN INDIA -- LIST OF BANNED SITES -- BANNED SITES IN INDIA -- INDIA BANNED PORN 800 OR 857 MORE PORN SITES BANNED ETC.. etc

PORN  BANNED IN INDIA

Hey, we are hearing these days, Porn websites have been banned.!!! What these all about?

Here we go….

India a great populated nation appears to have banned porn, ordering internet service providers to turn off access to adult websites, dating pages and pornographic blogs. Internet users are trying access these pages over the weekends have found that they are unavailable, apparently following a request from the Indian government. The ban is also included with adult dating sites and porn blogs, according to reports.

A list of the banned sites includes many Friend Finder who is Adult and a hugely-popular site to let the people find sexual partners and Flesh-bot, a porn blog that writes about news as well as showing highly explicit porn pictures. This ban includes 857 sites all over the world that publish their content in India.  Last year, they banned 32 sites, including popular sites like Vimeo, Github and DailyMotion, under Section 69A of the IT Act. The ban was lifted after a month, but some continue to be in the blocked list.

Order to block these sites was received late night on Friday and asked the bans to be put in place ASAP and the headline news shown in newspapers on Saturday. Banned sites URL’s display to the net browsers (people)  in different ways depending on the internet service provider conveniences, either showing a message letting users know that the site is “blocked as per the directions received from Department of Telecommunications, Government of India”, or just not displaying a ERROR Message at all on the screen. Monday brings bad news to the India-based lovers of former Gawker Media blog Fleshbot. Porn is now banned in India. So are some racier corners of the online dating world, apparently.

Copy of leaked DOT order blocking 857 websites on grounds of morality and decency, claiming powers under section 79(3)(b) of the Information Technology Act.

List of banned porn sites can be downloaded from here :   Click here for pdf

The reason for the ban is not entirely clear. India-based news outlet Hindustan Times cited government sources that claim the government forced ISPs to block the pornographic sites after they were "reviewed and found to be spreading anti-social activities." Another source told Quartz India that the government is not "challenging anybody's right to see the content," but rather to challenge their ability to "show the content." Regardless, the ban again puts the spotlight on the place pornography takes in India and whether the country of nearly 1.3 billion people should have easy access to such content.

According to data from Porn hub, one of the world’s biggest porn sites, India ranks in fifth place for the most daily visitors to the website. The website saw a total of 78.9 billion video views globally in 2014.

Even though the sites were blocked few porn CD/DVD sellers or who give it out for rent are very happy because of the ban on Porn Sites due to which they are selling/renting a copy of CD/DVD to Rs. 300/500. Previously in those days it used to be Rs.50/100.., Reports from the sources.
Although there has been talk of banning porn websites in the country, the Supreme Court recently declined a plea to pass an interim order to block porn websites in India. "Such interim orders cannot be passed by this court. Somebody may come to the court and say look I am above 18 and how can you stop me from watching it within the four walls of my room. It is a violation of Article 21 [right to personal liberty]," Chief Justice H.L. Dattu reportedly said last month.
Without transparency about whose orders the blocks are coming on, or what laws are being used for the blocks, we are left in a situation where any content could easily be banned. Today, it is pornography which is not a popular subject to publicly fight for; however these same laws could be used to secretly take down any kinds of content, which is why the entire process needs to be more transparent.

If the Government has to stop such things in future they have to follow few steps that will make the people to forget it completely. For Example if you drag a chocolate from a baby/boy, they will cry to the extent that they try achieving them by crying or doing some fight with the situations. But you can try the other way by,, since the websites are many available in the Internet stop one after the other without making them do hiss’s and piss's ssss in the dragging.

AT Last it ended with banning the child porn. We should say
PORN BANNED IN INDIA ONLY HALF OR QUARTER .........
